The Manifesto of the Two Gospels
Our detailed presentation highlighting the difference between the man-centered gospel prevalent in our culture and churches today and the Christ-centered Gospel ministered by the Word of God and lived out by the Spirit of Christ in all those He indwells.
The Importance of the Manifesto
The idea of the Manifesto percolated in Pastor Bill’s mind for quite some time. He mulled these concepts over for years, contemplating how to share them with others in the body of Christ. The format began to take shape. He envisioned a four part resource containing:
(1) The Two Gospels – an overall presentation of the man-centered gospel and the Christ-centered Gospel.
(2) Church History – tracing the historical journey from the organic early church to the numerous church systems we have today.
(3) The Manifesto Chart – a visual representation of the church system concept in a nutshell.
(4) Doctrines – a comparison of the doctrines of the man-centered gospel with the true Spirit inspired intent of the text.
Finally, in July 2018 Pastor Bill shared The Manifesto publicly for the first time. Parts 1 and 3 were presented over two days to a small gathering of believers who showed up each evening for food and fellowship. While we had ambitions to build a thorough and comprehensive resource, this is the extent of what the Lord has permitted us to produce. We trust it is complete (as all of His works are) and are therefore making it available on the site as is.
We cannot overstate the importance of understanding the difference between the various gospels that are preached today. They are not all equal, they are not all inspired by the same spirit, and they are certainly not all presenting the same Jesus.
Part 1 ~ The Two Gospels
Part 1 is the full recording of the first night’s presentation. The session includes Pastor Bill’s in-depth discussion of pages 1 to 6 of the handout. There is an introduction to the two gospels, an explanation of each, and a comparison of the two. The study takes us all over the Bible, covering numerous passages of Scripture and even teaching a couple of Greek concepts. The recording also contains Pastor Bill’s time spent answering questions and discussing comments made by those in attendance.

Part 2 ~ The Manifesto Chart
Part 2 is the full recording of the second night’s presentation. The session includes Pastor Bill’s concise summarization of the concept of the two gospels presented during the first session. There is also an explanation of church systems and secondary information using The Manifesto Chart as a visual guide, a breakdown of the principles upon which the man-centered gospel is based, a presentation of the gifts of the Spirit using the texts of I Corinthians 12 and I Peter 4, as well as very brief explanations of a few more Greek words. This recording also contains Pastor Bill’s time spent answering questions and discussing comments made by those in attendance.
